“ … It is required that I review how you administer medications. So what time do you hand out the medications in the morning?
After breakfast as prescribed.
Yes, and what time does this happen?
Any time in the morning. The customer wakes up, gets ready, has breakfast then she receives her medications. It sometimes takes 1 hour, sometimes 2 hours … it depends on many factors, how well she feels, etc.
Very well, then, can you please wait for me until I arrive, around 10.30am and administer the customer’s medications then?
Sure, no problem.”
